Our manufacturing

Built to make.
Built to last.

"Where karigari meets the container ship."

Our facility in Jaipur has been at the heart of Indian woodcraft since 1996, more than three decades of hands turning raw timber into heirloom furniture. What began as a workshop driven by a single conviction, do it right the first time, has grown into one of North India's most sophisticated Manufacturing Facilities.

Spanning 215,000 square feet, our factory brings together 375+ craftspeople under one roof: master carvers, skilled joiners, finishing artisans, and quality control specialists who have spent years, sometimes decades, perfecting each technique.

Every piece begins with the material. We source only solid Mango, Acacia, Sheesham, Teak, and Oak, each plank inspected for grain, stability, and longevity before it touches a blade. Nothing is rushed. From the first cut to the final quality check, each product passes through hands that understand the difference between making something and making something well.

The way we work

Patience is the material

There is a pace to good furniture that cannot be forced. Wood must be dried properly before it is cut. Joints must be fitted before they are glued. Finishes must cure fully before the next coat is applied. Our artisans understand this, not as a constraint, but as the discipline that makes the difference between a piece that lasts a season and one that lasts a century.

Our master artisans, many of whom have worked in the same Manufacturing Facility for over fifteen years, carry knowledge that cannot be written in a manual. The way a plane angle must shift when following a grain change. The exact pressure of a hand-rub that builds a satin finish without obscuring the wood beneath. These are things learned over years, passed between people who care about the work.

Raw materials are the foundation of everything. We begin every selection process with the timber itself: the species, the grade, the provenance. Solid wood only, never MDF where the piece will be touched, never veneer where the piece will be lived with. Our finishes are drawn from natural oils, hand-mixed stains, and lacquers that protect without plastifying. The material deserves to be seen.

The result of this patience is furniture that does not betray itself over time. Joints that hold without loosening. Finishes that age gracefully without chalking or cracking. Forms that remain beautiful not because they chase trends, but because they were made with the kind of care that outlasts them.

"The patience of a hand-rubbed finish."

How we make it

From timber to doorstep

01

Timber Selection

Solid Mango, Acacia, Sheesham, Teak and Oak, each plank selected for grain, stability, and longevity. Only kiln-dried timber enters the production floor.

02

Precision Machining

CNC routing, tenoning, dovetailing, and hand-finishing where machines cannot follow. Our floor runs panel saws, beam saws, wide-belt sanders, and edge-banding lines alongside the karigar's hand tools.

03

Multi-Stage Finishing

Sanding, base coat, colour-matched finishing, gloss-controlled top coat across four dedicated finishing lines. Each stage checked and approved before the next begins. Solar-powered booths, in-house powder coating.

04

QC + Export Packaging

Final quality control by senior artisans. Zero-scratch, drop-test-certified packing. Container stacking optimised for full 20ft and 40ft loads, so every piece arrives exactly as it left Jaipur.
